A scarce original First World War period '1914 Princess Mary Gift Fund pencil card backing' in the shape of the tin and designed to hold the bullet lead pencil via two purpose made slits. Good used condition, removed from the base of a Princess Mary Christmas tin from where it was harshly inserted.
