Good condition, complete with original pin fitting, colours remain bright, surface scratches.

The Pea-nut Club was formed during the Second World War to support the 'Guinea Pig Club' established in 1941 by Sir Archibald McIndoe at Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead, Sussex, the Plastic Surgeon who rebuilt the faces of Royal Air Force servicemen burnt in action.
