South Africa Gold Rush miners badge pick nugget shovel pan bucket

A scarce original late 19th century Victorian period 'South Africa GILT METAL souvenir pin brooch' in the form of a gold prospector crossed Shovel and Pick rope bound with free swinging bucket and an applied Pan to the centre; the reverse complete with its original pin fittings typical of the period with scratch mark where some heavy-handed person has tested it for gold, otherwise very good condition.
