Post Office postmans uniform cap badge circa 1970's

A good original circa 1970's 'Postmans uniform cap badge; oval gilt brass example inlaid with red enamel inscribed 'Post Office' within oval surround. Good condition, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, minor surface scratches to front, more serious on reverse, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin.
