A very scarce original post 1952 period 'Royal Air Force 64 Squadron gilt and enamel badge', displaying a Queen Elizabeth II Crown, the centre depicting a scarabee with the Latin motto 'TENAX PROPOSITI' (Firm of purpose) below, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'H.W.Miller Ltd B'Ham.18'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
