A good original wartime 'Scottish Branch British Red Cross Society badge', gilt brass circular example with blue enamel title surround, 'War Worker' to centre on white enamel ground, in turn mounted on a slender curly ended sprung bar, the reverse impressed with manufactures details 'Alex Scott Ltd Glasgow'. Very good condition, enamel perfect, gilt finish remains bright.
