A good original pre 1967 period 'Leicester City Special Constable cap badge', large chromium plated blue enamel title circlet with '314' enamel number to centre on polished ground; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Hiatt B'Ham'. Good condition, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin, no damage to the enamel, service wear to chromium plated lower lettering.
